I am one of
those people who thinks that a person may not be healthy to completely if you
don't sport. Before I didn't do too much sport and I felt me wrong.
Unpars years
ago, I started to do sport and the change was immediate. I signed to a sport
center and, in addiction, I went to swimming pool. I really love water
sport. I competed in a swimming championship and although I didn't won I
was in a good position. The important thing is enhance one's perfomance for
archieve the best. On another hand, I bought a cycle and every sunday I cycling
with my dad. I had a opportunity of make trekking. I was a awesome experience.
I remember spending much fear but when you are in the act, you feel the
adrenaline. In addiction, the sport has good and bad things.
Many people
start to make too sport in a short period of time and that can be bad for your
health. This people usually be young boys. They become to obsessed with the gym
and take not very good food for health.
In summary, everybody should do sport but
little by little. Sport is a main to fun with your friends and in addiction, it
is good for you.
